We also assist new customers who are interested in learning more about our company and the products we provide. Whether you are designing a new plastic display, sign graphic, a plastic part or you would like to adapt one of our existing products, we can guide you through the process smoothly and efficiently.
We are very detail-oriented and pay close attention to the needs of our customers. We enter and process your orders that have been phoned in, faxed or electronically generated. It is within this department that the order originates and it is our responsibility to make certain your order is handled promptly and accurately. We take pride in reliably coordinating all aspects of your order, from inception to delivery.
We pay close attention to our customers' specifications and aim to manufacture a product that will be well received. Our main objective, of course, is to produce a quality product in a timely fashion.
We will also assist you in troubleshooting, tracking orders, following up on delivery dates, supplying proofs of delivery and responding to any of your questions on a daily basis. We are here to help you.
