To meet the needs of a constantly changing retail marketplace, the BAW Plastics Inc team of talented professionals utilize state-of-the-art technologies to create custom solutions for some of the world’s leading brands and largest retailers. For decades our plastics department has offered unique options, and today we offer the same creative artistry we have become known for with natural wood, laminates, veneers, and more, utilizing advanced CNC equipment; CNC panel saws, CNC routers, edge banding, as well as a complete paint and finishing line. With 20+ processes in over 160,000 square feet of manufacturing space, we work with some of the country’s largest extruders and distributors to bring our clients an almost endless selection of materials – including wood, solid surface materials, and various plastic materials to meet each project’s specific needs.
We can also incorporate metal components into your project. Our in-house printing capabilities and sewing department also position us to put the perfect finishing touches on every project we create, and the vertical integration within our facilities means we can control lead times, minimize internal costs, and maximize quality.
