We do. Design, fabrication, in-house paint and finishing, wide-format digital printing, CNC routing, Bending, glueing, assembly, packing, kitting, and fulfillment all happen under one roof at our 160,000 sq ft facility in Jefferson Hills, PA. Because we control each step, we can manage lead times, hold down costs, and keep quality consistent.
At BAW Plastics Inc every project is a custom project. With a full array of design services, we value engineer each project – from initial concepts, working drawings, and prototypes to final production – to meet the client’s specific project needs while staying within their budget.
We are not a general “stocking” fixture company, and do not keep an inventory. Instead, we custom design and build each project, manufacturing to order. However, we are happy to share some examples of our work.
Definitely. We provide direct ship options across the globe and take the necessary steps to ensure on-time delivery. Whether you need blanket orders, kitting, drop shipping, distribution center shipping, warehousing – where we can maintain, pick, pack, and ship parts based on your future commitments – or another custom option, we’ve got you covered.
Yes, we can. All of our projects are custom, and our team of design professionals can often offer economical options to allow you to integrate existing fixtures into your design.
BAW Plastics fabricates displays in a wide range of materials including acrylic, PETG, polycarbonate, styrene, ABS, MDF, hardwood, plywood, laminate, veneer, aluminum, and steel. Our team recommends the best material for each project based on your durability requirements, aesthetic goals, retail environment, and budget.
Because every BAW product is custom-made to order, minimum quantities vary by product type and complexity. We work with clients on both small prototype runs and large-scale national rollouts — contact our team to discuss your specific project volume. However, typical minimums: e.g., custom acrylic countertop displays start at 10 units; wood fixtures and casework start at 10 units; printed graphics start at 20 units.
Lead times vary depending on the complexity of the project, materials required, and order volume. As a general guide: prototypes typically take 10-14 business days after design approval; production runs typically ship 4-6 weeks after prototype approval and PO has been submitted; large rollouts with kitting and fulfillment are scheduled project by project. Our team works with you to establish a realistic timeline from design approval through delivery.
Yes — prototyping is a core part of our process. We fabricate physical prototypes in-house for client review and approval before any full production run begins, ensuring the finished display matches your expectations exactly.

Yes. Nationwide rollouts are one of our specialties. We manage the whole process, from design and production through printing, assembly, kitting, distribution-center routing, and direct-to-store delivery. For example, we delivered complete store-ready display packages to 800 Best Buy stores for a prepaid mobile program, and managed a New York Times Crossword spinner rollout that included drop-shipping more than 600 pallets nationwide, with a rejection rate under 0.5% in production and 0% in the field. See our case studies.
We serve national and global brands in retail, beauty, pharmacy, grocery, sporting goods, golf, fashion, electronics, automotive, optical, jewelry, financial services, and more. Our clients include Ulta Beauty, CVS, Walgreens, Best Buy, Club Car, Golf Pride, and JCPenney. See the full list on our Clients & Industries page.
A custom retail display manufacturer designs and builds displays and fixtures to order for a specific brand, product, and store environment, rather than selling stock fixtures from a catalog. At BAW Plastics, that includes design and value engineering, prototyping, fabrication in plastic, metal, and wood, printing and finishing, assembly, kitting, and fulfillment, all from our Jefferson Hills, PA facility. We don’t keep an inventory of stock fixtures, so every project is built around your product dimensions, brand standards, and budget.
Yes. Custom countertop displays are a core part of what we build. They include acrylic sign and brochure holders, gift card holders, multi-tier risers, jewelry and accessory displays, sunglass displays, locking security cases, and point-of-purchase units for checkout counters. We fabricate them in acrylic, PETG, polycarbonate, styrene, wood, metal, or a combination, in quantities from about 20 to 20,000 units. See our countertop displays.
A point-of-purchase (POP) display is usually a promotional unit that spotlights a product or brand, often placed at checkout, on an endcap, or in an aisle. A store fixture is permanent or semi-permanent retail infrastructure, such as shelving, casework, wall systems, or cash wraps. BAW builds both: countertop, floor, and endcap displays for promotions and brand programs, and wood fixtures and casework for store build-outs.
