We do. At BAW Plastics Inc we are proud to offer our customers a full range of design, fabrication, and fulfillment services. At BAW Plastics Inc every project is a custom project. With a full array of design services,  we value engineer each project – from initial concepts, working drawings, and prototypes to final production – to meet the client’s specific project needs while staying within their budget.

We are not a general “stocking” fixture company, and do not keep an inventory. Instead, we custom design and build each project, manufacturing to order. However, we are happy to share some examples of our work.

Definitely. We provide direct ship options across the globe and take the necessary steps to ensure on-time delivery. Whether you need blanket orders, kitting, drop shipping, distribution center shipping, warehousing – where we can maintain, pick, pack, and ship parts  based on your future commitments – or another custom option, we’ve got you covered.

Yes, we can. All of our projects are custom, and our team of design professionals can often offer economical options to allow you to integrate existing fixtures into your design.   

BAW Plastics fabricates displays in a wide range of materials including acrylic, PETG, polycarbonate, styrene, ABS, MDF, hardwood, plywood, laminate, veneer, aluminum, and steel. Our team recommends the best material for each project based on your durability requirements, aesthetic goals, retail environment, and budget.

Because every BAW product is custom-made to order, minimum quantities vary by product type and complexity. We work with clients on both small prototype runs and large-scale national rollouts — contact our team to discuss your specific project volume.

Lead times vary depending on the complexity of the project, materials required, and order volume. Our team works with you to establish a realistic timeline from design approval through delivery, and we are committed to meeting agreed-upon ship dates.

Yes — prototyping is a core part of our process. We fabricate physical prototypes in-house for client review and approval before any full production run begins, ensuring the finished display matches your expectations exactly.

Yes.  BAW Plastics displays, fixtures, and components are designed and manufactured at our 160,000 sq ft facility in Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania. We are a proudly USA-based manufacturer.

Yes. BAW Plastics Inc. is a WBENC-certified women-owned business. Our President and Vice President are women.  They lead the company as part of the second generation of the Slovonic family, who founded BAW in 1981.

Absolutely. Our in-house paint and finishing department provides custom color matching, and our wide-format digital printing capabilities allow us to reproduce brand colors and graphics with photorealistic accuracy. We work directly from your brand guidelines.

Yes — nationwide rollouts are one of our specialties. We manage the full process from design through kitting, distribution center routing, and direct-to-store delivery across any number of locations. We have fulfilled programs for some of the largest retail chains in the country.
