Creating one great retail display is one thing. Creating hundreds—or thousands—of them, making sure they all look the same, packaging them correctly and getting them to stores across the country on time? That’s a whole different ballgame.  And it’s something we’ve been doing at BAW Plastics for decades.
A Great Rollout Starts Long Before Shipping
When a customer comes to us with a nationwide program, we don’t start by thinking about the first display. We think about the last one. Â How will it be manufactured efficiently? Can we make the design easier to assemble in-store? How should it be packaged? Where does it need to ship? Are we sending everything to distribution centers, or are individual stores receiving their own units?
Those questions matter when you’re taking an idea from a prototype to hundreds or thousands of locations.
Our goal is simple: make the rollout as easy as possible for our customer.
Built to Scale
BAW’s 160,000-square-foot manufacturing campus gives us the ability to handle a lot under one roof.
Plastic fabrication. Wood. Printing. CNC machining. Assembly. Sewing. Packing. Warehousing. Shipping.
Having so many capabilities in-house gives us greater control over quality, timing and consistency—especially when a program begins to scale.
Because when you’re producing 1,000 displays, number 1 and number 1,000 need to look like they belong in the same program.
Pack It Like It Matters
We always joke that we can make the most beautiful display in the world, but that doesn’t mean much if it arrives at the store looking like it went twelve rounds with a delivery truck.
Packaging is part of the project. Â Our team considers how each display will travel, how it will be protected and what will make setup easier when it reaches its final destination.
Sometimes that means shipping fully assembled. Sometimes it means designing a smarter knock-down solution. Every program is different.
From BAW to…Everywhere
One of the biggest advantages of working with BAW is that manufacturing doesn’t have to be the end of our job.   We can pack, label, warehouse and coordinate shipments to distribution centers or individual retail locations across the country.  We’ve helped customers execute programs reaching hundreds of locations—including an 888-store nationwide endcap rollout.  That’s a lot of displays!  And a lot of shipping labels.
One Partner From Prototype to Rollout
Nationwide programs have a lot of moving pieces. Having fewer people to coordinate can make a big difference.
At BAW, we can help take a project from an initial idea through design and prototyping, manufacturing, printing, assembly, packing and fulfillment.
One team. One project. Hundreds—or thousands—of destinations.
We’ve been figuring out how to make it happen since 1981.
So, whether you’re planning a 50-store test, a 500-store rollout or something even bigger, we’d love to hear what you’re working on.
Have a nationwide retail rollout coming up? Let’s talk.
